How does it work?
A 100% money-back guarantee^ applies to each individual coaching and training program.
Coaching
The cost of an individual’s coaching program will be refunded in full if the individual coachee does not feel the coach has made a positive impact^.
Training
The cost of the individual training program will be refunded in full if the organisation deems it has not got the required outcomes^.

- The coaching or training was undertaken voluntarily
- SCC&D’s invoice has been paid within 14 days of date of invoice
- The coachee/trainee and the organisation’s key stakeholder invoking the money-back guarantee agree to give SCC&D in-depth constructive feedback as to why they each felt the coaching or training program was not successful and how things might be changed in the future
