| Key Personal experience/strengths/achievements you bring to coaching | 15 years of corporate experience, mostly in profit sector with 4.5 years in a not-for-profit environment. Career has developed from recruitment specialist to branch management (sales and line responsibility), from HR Manager, Business and HR consultancy to Executive and Career Coaching (started coaching in June 2007).
Immigrated from The Netherlands to Australia late 2000. Therefore I have a good understanding of what a “culture shock” is, what it is like to live and work in another culture/ heightened awareness and understanding of cultural issues and how they evolve. Extensive overseas travel. Speaks multiple languages including Dutch and English (fluent) French and German (conversational). Extensive experience in sales-focused, revenue driven environments. Understands and recognises key business drivers. Married, two sons aged 5 and 7. |
