What makes you a good coach? I’m very personable and can build rapport with people from the first encounter. I’m great at challenging existing assumptions and stretching people’s minds to help them find new approaches to existing issues. My consulting years have taught me that any issues can have a solution provided you break it down in baby steps and that you have a plan to approach it in a systematic way. I’m very down to earth and logical and am good at spotting “grey areas”. I’m encouraging but will always say things as they really are.
