| Key Personal experience/strengths/achievements you bring to coaching | Developed and maintained my own business, teaching classical ballet to students up to professional level.Transitioned careers 3 times.Developed and maintained Coaching practice on the Central coast for 8yrs.Designed and presented Workshops in business and corporate sector.Crisis management & group facilitation.
Public speaking engagements. Married then divorced. Raised two beautiful children on my own. Designed and developed workshops for the corporate sector on motivation and goal setting. Delivered to the Corporate sector and invited back to facilitate and resolve an interdepartmental conflict. The result was that the teams felt empowered, respectful of each others roles and responsibilities and more harmonious as a team. This provided increased productivity and revenue for the company. My career has always been about people development. |
