SCC&D has 360° Leadership and Emotional Intelligence psychometric assessments (click for more info), as well as various individual assessments.

360° assessments are a valuable objective measure of a business owner’s perceived leadership and/or emotional intelligence, and are a useful tool on which to base a developmental coaching program.

You can be assessed individually by peers, reports, or other stakeholders, or a combination of all of these and strengths and weaknesses can be assessed by each group of people. A bespoke coaching and training program can then be developed for each person to help them grow in the exact area they need to grow in.
