360° assessments are a valuable objective measure of an executive’s perceived leadership and/or emotional intelligence, and are a useful tool on which to base a developmental coaching program.
Executives can be assessed individually by bosses, peers, reports, or other stakeholders, or a combination of all of these and strengths and weaknesses can be assessed by each group of people.
