Your Small Business Virtual Board will regularly meet for two, two-hour sessions in every calendar month. Each session is a structured, 2-hour group Business Coaching session led and chaired by an experienced Business Coach.

Set time slot to get feedback, ideas, solutions and support on your business issues

Each Small Business Virtual Board member will have a set time slot to talk about a business issue they need help with, and will get feedback, ideas, solutions and support from the Business Coach & other Small Business Virtual Board members.

Accountability

Your Small Business Virtual Board can hold you accountable for your actions, so you do what you say you will do before the next session, providing constructive feedback, praise & support.

Relevant, on-track, focused

Your experienced Business Coach will keep the Small Business Virtual Board focused, on track, on time, and to the agenda. Your Business Coach will ensure conversations are kept relevant and focused, and will stop Board Members going off on a tangent. All members will get an appropriate opportunity to provide  input to the discussion.

Your Commitment

Two, two hour sessions every month for 3 months.

Virtual Board members need to commit to attending every session – if you cannot make it, you may send a representative from your business, i.e. a trusted staff member or client (providing they do not compete with any other SMALL BUSINESS VIRTUAL BOARD member) – but only for a maximum of two sessions.

It is important that you are committed from the start as regular attendance is important to build trust between members and for everyone to get the full value out of the group.
