My coaching experience with Southern Cross Coaching & Development was invaluable. Simon has a unique way of stripping the layers off things and looking at facts. We tend to overkill on career issues with wordy resumes and applications. Simon’s no nonsense approach manages to very skilfully get to the important aspect and focus on your skills and abilities. He is particularly adept at helping to recognise and acknowledge your talents and the results you achieve. He understands both the public and private sector and can easily adapt his coaching.
