Deeply experienced leadership coaches
Participants work with experienced leadership coaches drawn from diverse professional backgrounds. Many of our coaches are:
Coaches are selected based on their expertise and matched to participants to support their development goals.
Participants select their coaches in the process and directly book their sessions with them. In the scaled program participants will select their coach based on their bio and availability.
If a coaching match is not suitable, participants can be reassigned to another coach.
About the program creator
Developed by Simon Smith
Founder of Southern Cross Coaching & Development, Simon Smith has spent over 18 years developing leaders across government, defence and corporate organisations.
A former British Royal Air Force officer, Simon later established SCC&D, which has grown into a national leadership development and executive coaching organisation working with organisations across Australia.
Simon has been recognised with multiple industry awards including Coach of the Year (International Coach Federation Australia) and Mentor of the Year (International Titan Awards 2025).
The Roadmap to Success program draws on his extensive experience coaching leaders from new managers through to senior executives, uniformed ranks /defence personnel and government leadership roles.
