In our Round Table Discussion Series we aim to bring together a group of Government leaders to provide the opportunity to discuss challenges, recent industry trends and research and suggestions derived from those, as well as hear suggestions from each other. The Discussion Series are also a great opportunity to connect with your peers in the public sector in a small interactive setting.

In this event we will discuss Employee-Engagement and we would love to hear your expert thoughts on how to improve engagement from leaders and non-management staff.
We will discuss “How do we get the managers to spent more time on employee engagement, performance conversations and developing themselves and their teams?” We’ll talk about what has worked, what hasn’t and what other solutions there are!
