Run over a 3-5-month timescale, this is a completely individualised Leadership and Emotional Intelligence Development program mapped to your organisation’s Capability Framework.
With the learning spread into bite-sized chunks over the 3-5 month period, participants build their own individual Leadership Roadmap and receive individualised leadership development coaching.
The Leadership and Emotional Intelligence Development Roadmap Program includes:

The most popular Roadmap Leadership Development Contexts are listed below, but the Roadmap can be customised to specific organisation, team, and individual needs.
Roadmaps can be shared with supervisors or can be a personal individual development tool. When shared with supervisors, clients have used Roadmaps as part of annual/ 6-monthly/ ongoing Professional Development Plans.
